Are you a driven professional with a passion for customer relationships and sales? We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing, maintaining, and further developing our existing customer portfolio in the Netherlands and Germany. You will ensure that customers are optimally served and that their logistical needs seamlessly align with our services. You will do this both ‘outside’ with the customer and partly in the office.
In addition to maintaining existing relationships, a key challenge lies in further growing our customer base, with a specific focus on high-volume customers, such as those for industrial packaging, insulation materials, and textile recycling. You will actively work on expanding our market position and proactively seek new commercial opportunities. Through your customer-oriented approach and commercial drive, you will build new relationships and establish long-term collaborations.
Because you have intensive contact with both Dutch and German customers, a good command of the German language is essential. You communicate effortlessly with customers in both countries and understand the cultural differences that can play a role in business communication. With your strong communication skills and service-oriented attitude, you ensure an excellent customer experience and contribute to the success of Vos Logistics.
